Treacy Decor
A PVC fencing quote form on their own website, a callback list on the shop's phone and tracking on every step, from the ad to the quote request.

Treacy Decor is a paint and wallpaper shop on the Athlone Road in Roscommon, and they sell PVC fence panels too. Thomas Treacy had one worry about selling them online: people order the wrong number of panels, because they think one panel fills a section. It takes five. So we built a quote page that does the maths for them, a callback list on the shop's phone so every request gets a call back, and tracking on every step from the ad to the quote request. We've also run their social media and content every month since April 2026.
Five Panels Make One Section
The form sits on the fencing page of treacydecor.ie. Customers pick one of the three colours the shop stocks, type the length of their fence and choose delivery or free collection. The form counts the sections and panels and shows the price before it asks for a name or a number. A 15 second clip shows the panels sliding down between the posts, so nobody has to guess how it goes together.

Every Request Gets a Call Back
When a customer sends the form, they get a reference number and a promise: the shop rings back the same day or the next. The request lands in a callback list on the shop's phone with the colour, length, panel count and price already worked out, and a copy goes to the shop's email.
One tap rings the customer. One more marks the quote as going ahead, not going ahead or done. Customers who walk in can be added at the counter, so their quotes are counted too.

Ads That Go Straight to the Price
We run Meta ads for the fencing that send people straight to the quote page, not to a contact form. Every click carries a tag with the campaign and the exact ad, so the dashboard can show which ad sent which visitor and which quote.
The ads answer the questions people have before they ask: how many panels, which colour, and what a garden looks like with it done.
Every Step Is Counted
Most websites can tell you how many people visited. This one shows how many people reached each step of the quote, where they came from and which ad sent them. These are the real numbers from the quote dashboard.
Steps of the quote page
Last 30 days to 3 Nov 2026, all sources. Bar length is to scale.
- Visited the quote page 435
- Started a quote 126
- Picked a colour 126
- Entered a length 95
- Chose delivery or collection 59
- Reached the details step 31
- Sent the quote request 5
From the Treacy Decor quote dashboard. Every visit is tagged with where it came from, down to the campaign and the exact ad.
That makes the next job obvious. Most people get their price and stop when the form asks for their details, so the details step is the one to work on next. Without the tracking, all you would see is how many requests came in. With it, you can see which step to improve and check the change against real numbers.
Filmed in the Shop
We film reels for Treacy Decor's Instagram in the shop itself, from paint colours and painting tips to the fence panels and the people behind the counter. On the same shoot days we photograph the showroom and the shop front. The first month of reels, in April 2026, brought 30,000+ views.
